Cottage I

Cottage I is one of our largest cottages - three bedrooms and roomy common space. It is situated on a sunny knoll with a beautiful view of the lake.

Square footage is ample: approximately 780 sq ft, plus a full-length deck measuring 22 by 8 feet.

The two upstairs bedrooms have twin beds, and the downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa.

There is a full bath downstairs.

This cottage is certainly perfect for a Cooperstown baseball or boating vacation!

$2000 per week; or, when available, $400 per night
