Cottage I

Cottage I is one of our largest cottages - three bedrooms and roomy common space. It is situated on a sunny knoll with a beautiful view of the lake.

Square footage is ample: approximately 780 sq ft, plus a full-length deck measuring 22 by 8 feet.

Cottage I is great for families with lots of kids. The sleeping arrangements are: one queen sized bed in the downstairs bedroom, two twin sized beds in each of the two upstairs lofted bedrooms, and a pull-out sofa in the living room.

There is a full bath downstairs.

This cottage is certainly perfect for a Cooperstown baseball or boating vacation!

$1400 per week, $265 per night
