Cottage M

Cottage M is one of our largest cottages - three bedrooms and roomy common space. It is situated in a relatively secluded area and has its own lawn below the deck.

Square footage is ample: approximately 800 sq ft, plus a full-length deck measuring 25 by 10 feet.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has two twin beds. There are also two pull-out sofas. In addition to the full bath downstairs, there is a half bath upstairs.

Furthermore, there are two "Extra Rooms" for rent on the ground floor below the deck that are perfect for accommodating guests who will be visting you during your stay in the cottage - or if you just need more room for your crew!

This cottage is certainly perfect for a Cooperstown baseball or boating vacation!
